Y'know how a show goes on break, and you see the reruns, but you don't realize how much you missed the show until the new eps start up again?  Oh yeah.  Leverage crew?  You guys were missed.

(Seriously, the premiere tonight had me laughing my ass off.  Hardison, Eliot, 'n Parker?  I missed y'all so much.  "What are the chances that Eliot's crotch will actually explode?  "HARDISON!"  xDDDD)

Also: Michael Bublé is such a nerd, and there will be no convincing me otherwise.

You freakin' suck.

Now, don't get me wrong: I enjoyed rewatching 02x13 as much as I always do.  I still squee every time Taylor proposes to Matt.  I still scream every time Eli goes down at the airport.  I still gush every time Maggie's there when he wakes up, and when Aaron calls Eli out on the "People I love - people like Maggie!" line.  I still choke up over Aaron's little speech at the end ("And you, my boy...you are passing with flying colors."  <333).  But what you've done?  Guys, c'mon: stop sinking yourselves.

It's not good enough that you axed him?  It's not good enough that you took him off for MONTHS after ending 02x09 with Eli nosebleed-blackouting?  It's not good enough that you made us all track the eps down online - thank you to the gang over at the comm who made that possible, by the way - when you had UK SciFi outshine you when they aired the final four in March?  It's not good enough that you slapped him on an obscure time to finish the show up?  It's not good enough that you gave us that horrible, no-closure-at-all ending?  (WHICH, by the way, also pisses me off: you introduced things!  Who the hell introduces new plot lines in the freakin' series finale?!)

Now you're also keeping 02x12 in lock up?  Really?  You're actually gonna pull that shit, knowing full well Independence Day would fall in the middle of your scheduled air dates?

Screw you, ABC.  I've officially quit you.  Any Ugly Betty viewing I do next year will be on Ninjavideo, 'cause honestly.  Way to let down.  *eyeroll*

Don't y'all love how I just up and vanish for like two months and then suddenly it's like KAZAAM!  I post like crazy?  =D

Anywhoodles, I'll be the first one to admit that my doll collection isn't really that huge.  (And yes, my dolls are still on death row; what can I say?  It's easier to dust a box than a doll, and I'd hate to ruin all that hard work those convicts went through trapping 'em there.  ;P)  Really, I was just happy with the Ariel doll - the Belle was a total bonus/fluke.  (There was doll-getting drama there, to be sure - but that's a tale for another day.)  I'm just not really big on dolls.

So, of course, you'd think something like this and this wouldn't really...oh.  Oh.  OH!  Changed opinions, that!

...depending how they turn out, I may have to look into saving up for at least one (quite possibly two) of 'em.

Before I even start on the real reason I came on here: I need to note that this song ("Brave Face" - Delta Goodrem) is one of my favorites for no other reason than this line: "Feels like I'm running with my high heels on, and they're chasing us waiting for it all to go wrong."  W.  T.  F.  xD  Oh, and: "over-analyzery" (shutupshutupshutup - I know it's "You take my over-analyze away", but I like what I initially heard better).  WTF x2.  (If anyone karaoke!fics that for me, with Bella serenading Wardo, I will owe you any fic you want.  My crack addiction needs more fixing.)

Firstly, love the new CD.  I'm a bit upset I didn't know about its release sooner, but I still love it 'cause your music rocks.  (Also love how FCS partnered it with a sample from the Fireproof ST, 'cause now I have a copy of that Warren Barfield song I loved so much.  =D)  Great, great CD, and a great follow-up to The Blessing.  But honestly.

John, really, the makeover?  Broke my heart.  Don't get me wrong, it looks great, and it's amazing what some facial hair and contacts can do for someone's look (seriously, I didn't recognize ya' at first).  But hun, what about all my Ten jokes?  Dx

Nah, I jest - love the new look, though I seriously didn't recognize him at first.  xD  I wasn't sure I had the right CD, even though "John Waller" is big-as-you-like on the front (nevermind I know the title track, 'cause it was on The Blessing xD).  New hairstyle, contacts, and a stubbly beard really changed his look, though.

Rockin' CD, though, and I love the Fireproof remix of "While I'm Waiting".  They took audio clips from the movie 'n mixed it in with the song, so it's like 'Fireproof in 3 Minutes' - but 'Fireproof in 60 Seconds' is still the best.  =D

(And if you haven't seen Fireproof yet, you really should.  Excellent movie, and major props to Kirk - movie really speaks for his acting, with the jerk he was playing through most of it.)

Another thing I've been meaning to get up, but I wasn't gonna post it with the cakes.  Sorry for the f-page flooding, guys.  xD;;

Anywho, AWANA Grand Prix was back in March - just to show how long I've been meaning to get these pics up.  xD  It went well, all in all.  For my car...well, I had to.  I based it on the Impala.

Friends, definitely friends.  Just ask aku_arts, my default unload-the-shit-moods-upon-thee.  I'm honestly not too too close with everyone in my family, and while I can talk about most things with my mum a lot of times it's easier to talk to a close friend.  And when it's a friend that you can talk about anything with, from random insanity to anything serious to just flat-out bitching about how much your life sucks (even when it really doesn't and you just feel it does), and said friend does the same with you, it's even better - helps you work through shit much easier/faster.

And assuming you actually check your friends' page and see this post, love you, Skoodles.  You've helped me keep my head more times than you know.  <333

I would like to point out that I'm a bit perturbed at you.  I need to finish SOAbF..., hun.  I have other fics I'd like to work on, as well.  That being said: Martha Jones would not like to meet Bella Cullen, and Mickey Smith doesn't want to have to deal with Bella's (crazy parallel) husband.  The Doctor does not wish to talk Sam Winchester off a potentially universe-imploding cliff because those crazy Winchester boys just had to stumble upon some Lonely Assassins.  George Lass does not want to have to travel to San Fran because M. Dekker can't keep her name off a post-it (and with gas prices as they are, a thirteen-hour trip is no small feat!).

Nah, I don't really mind.  I just find it kinda funny that - given my general wariness of crossovers - that seems to be all my muse wants me to write right now.  I'm still debating on the Twilight/Torchwood one (everything's finished and ready to be written, it just...isn't writing, 'cause I'm not sure if I really wanna go that far into crackdom), and the DW/SPN one is being tetchy with its outline.  The ES/DLM one is...oh, it's open in another window right now, and Eli's busy yelling at that Brit junkie telling him not to fear the reaper in his aneurysm time-out ('cause Mason can totally sing in aneurysm time-outs, poor sod).  (Seriously, I'm blaming Aku.  If it's my fault she can't stop drawing Sam as a trannie, it's her fault I can't stop with the crazy crossovers.)

On a more serious note: apologies to the gang over at ESF for the delay in this month's pic prompts.  I'm having some technical difficulties with my comp, and hopefully they'll all be sorted relatively soon.  I'm hoping to get the pics up sometime this week, but I'm really playing it by ear right now.  Marvin's...well, I'm looking at a total-system reset right now, and that's a bit...yeah.  Like I said: playing it by ear.

Speaking of Eli: UK SciFi, I love you so much right now.  Ninja Video, I love you as well.  Matt and Taylor, your prison cell hand-holding is threatening to send me into Rhino!Squee.  <333  (Now if NV would only not cut out eight minutes from the end of 02x10, I'd love it even more.  Slowly catching up!)

All I can say, guys, is I cannot wait for Hodges to finish recording this CD, 'cause it's gonna bloody rock when it's released.  It already rocks, if the tracks he's got on his site 'n MySpace are any indicator.  (I don't think I've ever been this hooked on a musician pre-album release.  Criminal Minds, I blame you.)

My favorite thing about jumping into the fandom world for something: having a ship that you just know is so much epic win, thinking you're silly for slapping those two together, then finding out there's all these other people in that fandom that agree with you.

DLMers, you've filled me with so much squee at the M/G offerings.  Thank you for letting me know I wasn't entirely crazy for wanting those poor kids to end up together - or at least not the only one.  <3
